May I visit your shop with my friends who will not use your service. Do you have a waiting room or some such where these friends could stay? And is it OK they are men?
Yes, we have such facilities. Honten's waiting room accommodates up to about 35 people and Sakuraten about 15 people. Movies and magazines provided in the facilities for the customers while they are waiting. Of course, men are welcome to come with you.
Do you have shower rooms for customers?
No, shower rooms and baths are not provided. However, large washstands are available for customers, seven at Honten, and seven at Sakuraten.
Do you have lockers with lock and key in the building?
Yes. We have 55 lockers at Honten and 50 at Sakuraten, all at no charge.
Are there beverage vending machines?
We do not have vending machines. But Suntory Natural Southern Alps Water is provided for customers.
My traveling bag is a suitcase. Is a locker big enough to contain such case?
The locker is 41cm high, 31cm wide and 50cm deep. If the locker is small for your case/luggage, our front desk will keep it.
Do you have shampoo for customers?
Yes, we have.
Do you have a dryer?
Yes, we have.
Is there a room or facility where small children can stay and wait?
Yes, we have. However, please note that our staff will not assume responsibility for the care and safety of children.
