I would like to change my reserved plan. Can I do that on the same day when the service is provided?
Change of your reserved plan to the Studio Photography Plan, Sakura Plan or Stroll Plan is acceptable. However, requests of change to the Mini Outdoor Photography Plan, Outdoor Photography Plan, or Highvision Photography Plan may not be accepted on the same day, because these plans are usually filled to capacity.
Do I need reservation? If so, when should I make a reservation?
You are welcome to visit us without reservation during opening hours. However, it often happens that all plans have been reserved, so we recommend making a reservation. Please be advised that we are very busy during Kyoto's major tourist seasons (mid-September to mid-December, and mid-March to mid-May, especially, April/May and October/November). In those periods, we recommend early reservations. We accept reservations up to six months in advance.
Do you charge a cancellation fee?
Yes. Cancellation fees; same day: 100%; previous day: 50%. For cancellation made 2 or more days prior to the reserved date, no cancellation fee is charged.
Can I change the number of people who will receive your services?
If the number of customers to visit us is likely to increase and decrease, please contact us via telephone as early as possible. Even if no notification is given to us, we do not charge any fees including those for cancellation. However, we would appreciate it if you could let us know promptly.
